It is imperative that potential investors find the financial plans credible and aligned with the business plan. The initial phase of our service focuses on building that financial model. In the long term, we aim to implement accounting systems managed internally by clients or externally by our C-Suite Now team. These systems will capture essential financial data to support strategic management decisions and provide historical and forecasted financial reports to boards and investors.
As entrepreneurs with successful exits, we share experiences and perspectives on proposed strategies, communication with vendors, customers, boards and investors, and other areas of strategic importance. Founders appreciate our willingness to share our experiences—financial and otherwise.
